1. 3-5 images of your BEST digital scrapbooking layouts.

a. Including one NEW layout using Digital eXpress products (you can register for a FREE account and download a FREE kit)

2. 2-3 images of your BEST altered/hybrid project creations.

3. List any other design teams you have been a member of.

4. A link to your blog and/or personal design/layout gallery.

5. Why you’d love to become a member of our Design Team
